Can I put preserved flowers in water?
No. Preserved flowers should never be watered or misted. Moisture will damage the preservation process.
What if petals fall off?
Some minor shedding is natural, particularly during the first week as the arrangement settles. This does not affect the overall composition.
Can I keep them in a sunny room?
We recommend keeping your arrangement away from windows with direct sunlight. Diffused natural light is fine.
How do I clean my arrangement?
Use a dry, soft brush. A clean makeup brush or soft paintbrush works well. Never use water or cleaning products.
