By placing an order, sending a gift invitation, or creating an account with Lau de Flores, you agree to these terms.

Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in your selected display currency for convenience; conversion uses a fixed rate we update periodically and is not a live exchange rate. Your card, if used, is charged in the currency shown at checkout. Custom bouquets are priced from the exact stems you select — the price shown at checkout is final and is recomputed by our system, not taken from your device, so it cannot be altered in transit.

Custom bouquets and gift invitations

Custom bouquets are composed to order from available preserved stems. Gift invitations sent through our link or SMS flow do not charge anyone automatically — our studio confirms fulfillment details with both sender and recipient before any charge is made.

Accounts

Sign-in uses a one-time emailed link tied to your email address. Keep access to that inbox secure — anyone with access to it can sign in to your account. You can request account deletion at any time.

Care and liability

Preserved arrangements are delicate. Care instructions accompany every piece. We are not liable for damage caused by sunlight, moisture, or handling after delivery.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the site after a change means you accept the update.
